A single Windows installer ships four apps out of the box — Mesh Chat, ExperienceDB knowledge base, peer Inbox, and the Automations flow builder. The Launcher is the entry point for the entire Experience mesh. Install it once and it manages the lifecycle of every other app — updates in background, surfaces changelogs, handles auth token passthrough. Start here.

Experience Desktop is Kael's shell — the primary coding environment for operators. Team substrate, visual-context system, plugin marketplace, and a public resume built from your shipped tasks. Replaces VSCode for agent-first operators.

The Dashboard is the ops surface for operators managing customers on the vibecoding platform. Customer list, session heat maps, CRM contact graph, agentic CRM automation, and entitlement overrides. Pro and above.

Notifier sits in your system tray and surfaces the substrate events you care about — handoff transitions, worker pressure spikes, ship completions, and CRM signals. No polling, no browser tab. Zero interference with your active session.

Feed is a companion app that pulls HN, arXiv, GitHub Trending, and Lobsters through a relevance filter tuned to your active stack and project tags. Surfaces what matters, mutes the rest. Integrates with the Treasure Vault.

ExperienceDB is a Rust + Tauri port of DeepTutor — a local knowledge management app with semantic search (Ollama nomic-embed), BM25 fallback, and dataset export for SLM fine-tuning via unsloth. The substrate for institutional memory.

Experience Terminal is a Tauri 2.x native terminal shell with split panes, multi-tab support, and first-class AI runtime integration (XP Interactive, Claude Code, Codex). Ships with mesh-aware file search (Alt+F), PTY input fix, and VCS sheet. Lightweight — ~5 MB RAM per pane.
